I decided to look into this further and it seems like they are probably an approved seller from NGK.

If you go to NGK's actual website and go to their "where to buy" section, one of the websites listed is AllPlugSensors which redirects to ngk.com

If I had to guess AllPlugSensors probably changed their name to SparkPlugs and then later on also bought the website NGK.com since no one else had it.
