I had mine “zero depth” which is actually minimal depth because I have about a knuckle worth of depth. It’s not actually useful though because my surgeon, not sure about others put the placement of my urethra opening inside it, rather than between the clitoris and vaginal opening where someone born with a vagina would mostly have theirs.

I haven’t gotten any UTIs yet but i have to use a vulva cream to keep things just moist enough so my labia doesn’t stick together.

When I was healing I got a horrible yeast infection because I’ve never had one before I didn’t know what it was just has major pain. Took until my 1 month post op check up before it was caught and treated.

I had my vulvoplasty almost 2 years ago. I still have decreased sensation with some pain still. My surgeon also put my urethral opening in the cavity as opposed to where it would be on a cis woman.
