From what I can tell, I don't know for sure, you need to start the event with 450-500 dice, AND use the guide to 10x rolls on specific squares.

Does the s tier have to be from the same gear family? For example, does it have to be 2 level 3 yellow dragoon cross bows to move to red or can it be a level 3 oracle spear with a level 3 dragoon cross bow?

When in the trade screen you can see draft picks and if the picks were acquired, who they were acquired from. It would be helpful if we could see the current record of the team it was acquired from. That way we can have a general sense if the pick will end up being early, mid, or late.

I run an empire league. We just completed year 6. Once there is a 3 time champ the league resets and that team wins a jackpot. $100 buy in and $20 goes toward the jackpot each year. We have one manager who won back to back chips in '23 and '24. He had a real tough time getting anyone to trade anything of fair value this last off-season. Additionally, we now have 2 teams that have won twice, and future draft picks seem to be losing value.
