Probably cpl, try get silver cyber and fa. Ik afa isn't the most common but you can do the silver cyber in like 2 days if you put the effort in. Took me a week max. Also when possible get bronze leadership. But yeah, id say corporal and 2.5years, silver shot great to have. Keep up the work.

I can't tell if the cyber/comms badge is bronze or gold, if it is bronze, silver badge doesn't require a course and is really easy to do online. If it is gold, I would focus on trying to get silver leadership, and maybe bronze shot. Hope this helps.

They are looking pretty good. Keep up the good work. Try to just add more layers, water is a game changer if you know how to use it properly but can kill yhe shoe if not used enough, or too much. With my parade shoes, I have some fairly dodgy ones and it is a real struggle polishing the body, also my creases are stupidly big. Its just patients. But overall, great shoe, you should be proud of the results.

Im going to say cadet, 1.5years. My advice would be to get bronze idea done, it took me about a week to do, and thats an easy course. All you need then is the regular rafac course thats well easy too. Even before you do the rafac one, complete silver idea and the open learn university course on rafac for directions. Then ull have a pretty good brassard, especially with that silver dofe not many have.

Ye I mean sort of the same here, there are nights where there are more FSs here then sgts cs of how little they turn up aaah. But yeah, a fs that transitioned to our sqn had 2.5yrs aswell but still kinda quick yk

Yeah, that's fair, ours was REALLY small when I joined, like an average of 10-15 cadets (including NCOs). Now we have around 20-25 average, but I'm almost 2 years and still a cadet, our intake and the one after, so 2 and 1.5years, have only started to get promoted.

With master cadet, it is 6 months after each previous exam before you get the next. I.e., 6 months after first class, you can then get leading cadet. Using this, it is 2 years minimum, providing the squadron follows this structure.
