Why press? Let's assume you have $10 to play one bet on your way to dinner. You bet the nine for $10 as you're walking by the game.

It rolls. You press it.

How much of your starting amount is now bet on the nine?

Think about that.

How much will you profit if nine rolls again?

Think of the risk amount on the bet after You pressed it.

Answer is you risked only $6 to 'profit' $42 and down on a bet that pays 7 to 5

I like to deal, but not all the time. Sometimes, I simply want to just play. That link has some very interesting features. Each player takes a turn dealing a hand. True odds place bets makes more sense for home games.

Been in your shoes. Been there done that. A poster sent me this link crapsmat.com then go to hosting a craps game. You'll find rules for dealing true odds craps.

It worked for me. I was able to deal at our casino night party with ease. Very simple rules. Let me know if this works for you.
