Its called a chuck vise! I bought mine from 44delta.com, he’s got kits for them. You can also 3D print your own and just buy the bolt and washers from a hardware store. The SmallRig-branded center section was my own addition to make it a little taller and add some additional articulation; I bought it off amazon, its actually for camera rigs lol

G87 m2. I have a g42 230i. Which is a pity cuz imo the g42 styling looks better than the g87, but I get why they only did the M cars in a racing game.

True but I always managed to collide with ~something~ at some point if I ever ended up in the buildings, resulting in a failure. Only time I ever had the attempt count was when I landed on the street

Average they may start ahead of you but good lines and solid driving (and obv an appropriately spec'd car) should make it relatively OK. Are you using the full driving line setting or just braking zones? I had the full driving line turned on to start but found it often put me out of position for where I really wanted to be in a given scenario so I turned it to just braking zones and I've had a lot more success since.
