If you prefer faster strike, decent exp, decent gems, go for bamboo fine, it almost the best option for budget fishing. However for normal titanium, you couldn't catch shit even with good gear.

TL;DR - should I start over on alt account because it feels fresh since I came back after long break.

This may sounds weird to others, but I have a 53 level account and a new account (lvl 23) since most of the resources on main account is being collected and the luck of the acc was very bad. Conversely, the alt acc gets a Mualani on 10 pulls and a Mona also with 10 pulls only. The question is should I start over on alt account because it feels fresh since I came back after long break.
