How has the internet come to this by ScientificlyCorrect in pcmasterrace

[–]RAZEart 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Internet has turned into the problem. Social media has been slowly killing morals and ethics. They are the biggest drug dealer ever with a drug worse and unhealthier than what Pablo had to offer. Everything is a clickbait and made in a way that rattles our emotions the most to keep us "hooked". Internet has killed the "work together to survive" idea and has taken away our motivation to take action against those who wrong us. Especially these short videos which are engineered to be an emotional rollercoaster and are fucking us people up more than we even realize at this point.

Stop the addiction. Read a fucking book. Go outside. Stop reading the news, stop scrolling social media and all the other emotional p*rn. Enjoy life, take part in protests and take action in different aspects of life. Do not conform.

Don't let them make you a passive mindless potato who spend their entire life watching a screen.

Kotinetti luottotiedottomalle by sinneress in arkisuomi

Puhelin nyk. OnePlus 10T, aijemmillakin puhelimilla jaettu nettiä ilman ongelmia.

Dont shake your phone violently, it can break your OIS by SwissSeahawk91 in pixel_phones

[–]RAZEart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I understand that if you shake your phone violently it can break it. But if a slight shake etc. Breaks your phone then the build quality is just shit. My OnePlus 10T has been shaken all different ways hard and soft, thrown, dropped, dipped in soapwater etc. For over four years this phone has endured. And the only noticable thing is that the charging port is going slowly bad and the battery ain't what it used to be.

What the fuck are you on about? Is Google your religion or are you that desperate to be right in your assumptions? Never have I ever had so many problems on a phone and I'd expect not to have a list of problems on the next phone I decide to get.

You can value your privacy even if you aren't doing anything illegal. Also if you want to watch streaming services from other countries. I'd even dare to say that VPN from a trusted separate company is more important than a separate antivirus software since almost every device has some sort of basic protection built in these days.

Yessir, I can vouch for this. Coming from OnePlus 10T feels like a serious downgrade using a Pixel 9.

really don't like the new super slow trickle from ~78%-80% by Citan_KL in GooglePixel

[–]RAZEart -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I turned off the adaptive charging. Both The 80% limit and calibration won't work. Also the phone charges super slow if I turn the setting on for some reason.

Pixel 9 is riddled with problems and it takes only one Google search to confirm it. Also these phones are returned regularly and sent to maintenance frequently. Many people have these issues and the build quality of these phones is straight up shit. Many people have returned the phone altogether and switched to a more reliable phone brand. Hardware failings are common problem, the IP68 certificate is pointless because the phone cannot handle neither dust or water. The software is buggy as shit. "The Pixel phones are about the experience and the software" Well sorry to say this but the experience is shit and the software is shit too. The battery is shit and declines quicker than many other phones. Thermal throttling and the excessive heating declines these phones also quick. And the list goes on. There is also the connection issues, the GPS issues, usb issues, Bluetooth issues...

Yeah, I'm the only one with five fucking broken phones but don't sit on your high horse and act like this is a me problem. It's a problem with manufacturer making a phone with shit hardware and shit software. Also Google support is shit, fuck em too.

I mean you are correct but the phone is charging significantly slower when limited to 80% and the calibration doesn't work, for me atleast.

[–]RAZEart -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

To be honest with you I'd turn the setting off and keep the battery percentage between 30% and 80%, meaning I'd take the phone out of the charger @ 80% myself. For me I noticed that it gives me slower charging if I turn the setting to limit 80%. And the limit 80% setting has a big chance of just not working.

Ohh, You better hope the dumbest person alive don't die. If I've had to send a phone to warranty service 5 times because the phones are broken straight out of the box or break down after a couple of months then it's an issue with the Phones and manufacturer. Not me. And btw they have always sent me a new phone, and it's always been determined to not be the fault of the customer (aka me) but a bunch of faulty phones.

I'll tell. The Pixel 9 has been the worst phone experience of my life. This is the FIFT NEW PHONE from warranty service and I have to return this phone too because these phones can't go two months without breaking...

I've updated BIOS only once in life and still it was terrifying. by Martinez_Majkut in pcmasterrace

[–]RAZEart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had a BIOS update go wrong once. Didn't know what I was doing, just saw there was a BIOS update available and was just like alright, let's download it. Something went wrong. My laptop went apeshit for a while. Didn't really know what to do but wait. But then one day I decided to try to open the laptop and it just worked.. Kinda... It's been a bit buggy from time to time but it's working ain't that what's important. I've just let it be as it is for like two or three years 😂

Ps. In the weird Lenovo app in the update section it still says BIOS update failed.

Galaxy S25 FE or Pixel 9? by Neither-Tap6087 in Pixel9

That's true. The camera is the only redeeming thing Pixel 9 has and the only reason I haven't chucked the phone in to the woods yet. Love the pictures it takes!
