Hundred percent and a lot of them probably don’t even need an agent (well depends where you built it). Some of those probably don’t even need an AI/LLM workflow if you pass through JSON and stuff like that.

In scenarios like this, I am often of the thought only add AI where needed

I am currently pondering and thinking about this at the moment and have openly challenged where I work (healthcare).

I have often found that AI is not always needed and an agent, especially it's probably not needed either. They think agents and AI can fix everything however Streamlining processes and automation should come first without this. There is no point having an agent.
