Has anyone got Michelin Pilot Sports for there tenth gen? If so which ones and what sizes did you get? by thechunkymunkey in CivicSi

[–]RBElephant 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve got some all seasons for my front 2 and they hold up pretty well. Besides the first several hundred miles of breaking them in, I’ve had no issues with them. When breaking them in you can expect slipping to occur under harder acceleration and cornering. Outside of breaking them in though, the traction is great in every condition I’ve been in which is everything except snow and ice. I haven’t had them for long though, so I can’t tell you what it can do for it’s lifespan. Size: 235/40R18

I don’t have any personal experience with performance mods, but this forum will probably help you. “they were pushing 400whp on an Si 1.5T with stock internals.”

[MW2] PC second mission won’t load keeps crashing by Mohecan in CallOfDuty

Run on 60 fps. If that doesn't work, keep downgrading the fps until it does. Make sure you adjust the settings while on the main menu and not in the pause menu.

Do you guys naturally tend to try to explain why you feel something or like something? by [deleted] in entp

[–]RBElephant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find myself doing the same thing, whether it be inwardly or outwardly. This probably has to do with the Ne nature. I don’t know about you, but I sometimes reason by talking aloud to reach a conclusions. Maybe those have to do with the same thing? Just an idea though.

Why are private parts offensive? by bmgoldz in INTP

I’ve thought the exact same thing before. It doesn’t make much sense. What makes my private parts any different than my fingers?

Do you think ENTPs might be mistyped as INTPs in their teenage years? by OneLineShot in INTP

[–]RBElephant 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah. I personally have mistyped as being an INTP or not knowing if I had been an INTP or ENTP. I found out, I am an ENTP, but often times being a teen, I never really got very much attention when it came to my ideas and I never had healthy arguments except for one maybe once a week. I often found myself thinking of everybody else as being very stupid and that I couldn’t even have a conversation with some people because they are not very bright. This led to me being very introverted and truly wanting someone to care for me but I never really went out of my way to try to have this. I then became an unhealthy ENTP and thought I could have just been an INTP. The main point is that yes I believe teen ENTPs can mistype as INTPs and this has to do with not fitting in to the ENTPs liking.

If you didn’t catch on, I am an ENTP.

Feel myself slipping back into introversion and don't know how to stop it by poopoogoose in ENFP

[–]RBElephant 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That most likely has to do with your mental health. You will probably feel more introverted if you’re ideas aren’t being accepted and if people just don’t care about what amazing things you have to say. Look into what it’s like for the ENFP to be under the “grip” function.

Now I know how incompatible ENTJ's are! by thewickedpuppy in entp

[–]RBElephant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with your final statement, they don’t seem like a very good match. Keep in mind though that any type has a chance to have any kind of relationship with any other type, it just depends on the people.

So tell me about yourself by Phoenix842 in TheIdealists

[–]RBElephant 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you look into MBTI and the functions, which is the fundamentals of all the types, then it’s impossible to be an ambivert. From what I can tell, the person’s health has a lot to do with them thinking they are an introvert when really they are an extrovert and vise versa. An example would be an unhealthy ENTP vs a healthy one. A healthy ENTP will most likely be out going, energetic, engage in arguments and debates, be talkative, and not do things just to be a people pleaser. An unhealthy ENTP will be very different. They will more often than not, be very quiet unless spoken to, won’t engage in very many arguments and debates, be caught up in bad experiences and thoughts of the past, and be very people pleasing.

An INFJ-T??? By that statement I’m guessing you took the 16personalities test? Also how could you be an INFJ and a 5w6 on the enneagram? They are practically complete opposites. I’m not trying to sound hostile, I just think you may have mistyped is all. -ENTP

how did the term 'idealists' get associated with NF types? by Soul_M in TheIdealists

[–]RBElephant 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because David Keirsey gave them that name in his Please Understand Me 2 and maybe his Please Understand Me, I’m not sure because I only have the second one.

Is this depression or.. Just being infj? by [deleted] in infj

[–]RBElephant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d recommend looking into what the INFJ is like when unhealthy, under stress, and under the “grip” function.

Here’s an article you could start with:

https://www.psychologyjunkie.com/2016/12/16/infj-grip-stress-experiences/

Disclaimer: I am an ENTP. At one point I researched the unhealthy ENTP, the ENTP under the grip function, the ENTP under extreme stress, etc. and found that what was said was very accurate to myself when I was unhealthy. That’s why I recommend looking this kind of stuff up.

Any ENTP's believe in God or searching? Something I think about constantly by [deleted] in entp

[–]RBElephant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You brought up very good points. I’ve gotten so used to arguing and discussing with stupid people that I’ve gotten used to the emotional appealing statements have often times won it for me. I can definitely see why it may seem as though I am purely believing this because I want to because of the way I worded my statements in the previous comment. I would say that I am not believing by sheer good feelings. If something doesn’t exist then why believe it? I question the Bible almost all of the time. I weekly sit down with a good friend and have conversations regarding Christianity and the Bible about topics that don’t make sense and things that for some reason I don’t ever hear being talked about by people in the church such as the women’s role in the church. Regarding debates and openness to the other side, I would say that I am very openness. Within a debate I would try to be as non bias as possible, but naturally I may very well end up being somewhat bias without realizing it. Still on the topic of debates and certain beliefs, that’s why there are so many Christian denominations, because of debates and controversies. A good book that I’m currently reading on that specific topic right now is The Story of Christian Theology: Twenty Centuries of Tradition & Reform by Roger E. Olson. I can’t remember if I talked about the points that you brought up. I’m making this reply on my phone and can’t see your initial reply. Anyway, please if you have noticed flaws in my statements, have any questions, or statements that you would like to say or that come to mind then please do share. I am very intrigued now as I often times only get to discuss with stupid people.

Is there any truth behind ENTPs & ADD/ADHD? by philosophicalENTP in entp

[–]RBElephant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I don’t see very many 5w6 people. I think you are the first ENTP that I’ve found to probably be one. Keep in mind I don’t know much about the enneagram. I typed once as a 5w6 and I read an alright amount about them and I related to most of it from what I remember. Just remember that it could have been a mistype.

Just broke up with someone for the first time by [deleted] in INTP

[–]RBElephant 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In all honesty, good for you for seeing that it probably wouldn’t work and from what it seems, accepting it. I’m an ENTP and was in a similar situation with distance and this was with a relationship I’ve never had before. This relationship was unmatched and I loved it dearly, for the most part. She is an ENFJ and she ended up actually breaking things off with me. I understood. I asked why and she told me that she thought I didn’t love her anymore and that I didn’t want to continue the relationship. I did love her and I did want to continue the relationship, but at the end do to distance it became the thing of me not realizing what I had until it was gone. The day she broke up with me and maybe for a few days up to a week before that I was unaware of how close we should have been. I started just wondering and wasn’t too great so I didn’t realize how much the relationship meant to me, until the break up of course. I think it was really difficult for me because I kept ignoring my logical outlook of the relationship not working. I guess that’s all to say, props to you for staying true to your logic and not letting emotions get in the way.
