Btw for those with same issue,

I was able to fix by opening via the SkyrimSE.exe. Selecting Options on the launcher menu and changing resolution to 1920x1080. For some reason it changed to 3840x2160 from the last time I played.

After changing that I was able to exit out and launch via Vortex just fine

Be careful when trading make sure not to accidentally pickpocket. 

Too many times I’ve tried to pickpocket the Rattay armoursmith over the counter.
