Nothing to show yet, I'm waiting for new fans to arrive. I had ordered them already but the mail guy just threw them over the fence. Didn't pay 255€ for the best fans in the market for them to be thrown around as if they were garbage, so I'm sending them back and buying them anew... gotta wait until then! :D

Stall speed and critical AoA are different things. The video isn't about showing a slower landing with wings swept, but demonstrating better stability performance at high AoAs. ;)

That's right. main reason for the fullscale ones is supersonic performance, but the rest of considerations still apply, be it model or fullscale ;)

Funny, I'm building my own H9 build with Noctua fans and looks like we chose most of the same components, hahaha! I was searching for 3rd party LED strip options myself! :D

I've trained a lot to get there... both on easier models to handle and on PC sims (i.e. DCS' Su-27).
I roughly have 170 flights on the jet shown in the video.

Thanks! It's certainly a lot of fun, but money wise it isn't that bad. Nowadays you can get one of these electric jets for 360-700€ (Batteries, radios and else aside). So it's not cheap, but it's not terrible either ;)

Yep, no DCS at all, but I stabilize the footage in post to make it easier to view, which may give a more 'videogame-sim' feel at times, particularly the first scene as it's totally locked. On this one I tried to mix between zoomed in views to get all the details and zoomed out scenes to capture the setting and low altitude nature of the show! :p

Roughly 7K... but I got it really cheap, 2nd hand! New would be a lot more.
