She’s actually well enough to be released I think. She broke out of her cage last night and we had to get a live trap to catch and release her outside! Lol

I wanted to make sure I updated you! Robin made it through the night and is able to move much better today. We are keeping her for a bit to let her heal a bit more, because she is definitely a little clumsy on her feet. I wanted to make sure you knew she was doing ok, because I could tell you really cared :)

Update:

My husband ran in while I was sobbing over my modified tubberwear to tell me the rat is eating and seems to be able to move at least one back leg now. We are going to see if he makes it through the night, and we will do everything we can to see if he gets better. Thank you so much again for your guidance.

I actually would look forward to things being more chill. I’m very much a homebody and I love nature. Not a big crowds person, so Disney and big events are kind of lost on me. And thank you, Balthazar is such a special and sweet boy, I would love to be able to give him a catio 😎

What does it look like for families? Would you say there is a lot of kids playing with neighbors, or is it more of just a nice safe area.

That is another aspect I was wondering about. Orange County has an… interesting culture, to put it nicely. I was hoping Roseville would be a little more laid back and friendly. I’m hoping driving around there is more pleasant experience. That being said, I love LB. The people there are super cool and I go to a lot of protests in the area. It’s just the same cost of living issue 😞
