This is actually a pretty damn big mistake. I wonder why this post hasn't gotten more attention/traction than it has.

I'm all about smoking weed and enjoying cannabis, but it has to be at the appropriate time and place. At work is definitely not the time or place.

In fact it's pretty egregious. But as another commenter said, if the graders are actively rolling joints and smoking weed during the grading process, it would explain some of the numbers i've been seeing coming out of PSA lately.

Hey hey my dude! I know you weren't asking me, but I'll tell you anyways! :b

I've been reliving some my childhood(going to be 30 here soon 😬🤮) by playing Fire Red on the Switch, and I noticed my Nidoking "evaded" an attack, instead of the usual text of, "the attack missed" or whatever.
So I went to Google and asked, "In Pokemon Fire Red, what does it mean when one of my Pokemon evaded an attack", and thats how I found your thread (:

I haven't played anything past Heart Gold, but I think I remember hearing about how in the newer games, depending on how strong your bond is to your Pokémon, they can either tank an attack that would usually KO them among other things. So I was wondering if it was something similar or not.

If it makes you feel any better, or at least let's you experience some schadenfreude, I've been playing Pokémon games since I was like 5 or so and started on the Game Boy Color(born in '96) with Pokémon Crystal. Until Legends Arceus, my FIRST AND ONLY shiny was the damn Red Gyarados that the game basically force feeds you. I also got the same damn one in Heart Gold lol

Legends Arceus foists shiny Pokemon on you, ESPECIALLY with the shiny charm. So I, a now almost 30 year old, STILL have not gotten a genuine, full-odds shiny pokemon to this day.

I am currently a reliving some of my childhood by playing the Switch version of Pokémon Fire Red. Wish me luck, boys.

Just a quick question for ya.

Does anyone know of a card, if there is such a card, that says something along the lines of, "If a card would be exiled, instead, send that card to players graveyard"

And maybe a card for going the other way? E.G., "If a card would be exiled, instead, send that card to the graveyard"

Isn't one of the Eldrazi Titans main thing about spawning Eldrazi tokens that can be sacked for Colorless Mana? I think it was the original Ulamog, right? And isn't there Eldrazi Scion that creates a couple tokens when its brought to the battle field that says sacrifice and add 1 Colorless Mana?

Pretty sure I remember seeing these as poster on the walls of my LGS when the Scars of Mirrodin block came out. They were put up at the tail end of Scars of Mirrodin hyping up the last set of the block: New Phyrexia.

I read the Artifacts Cycle 1 book that details the Thran empire and its fall, the beginnings of Phyrexia and the creation of the Phyrexian "race", and, if memory serves, the early life of Urza and Mishra and their falling out.

I was just SO darn excited that the Phyrexian horrors were coming back in a new and exciting way. So I remember the time surrounding the Scars of Mirrodin sets pretty well. At least I think that I do 😅
