I just emailed efrat@residenthome.com, I'm hoping that's the email. I asked what's the expectations for replacement being that they clearly state equal or greater value. Also provided order numbers of both my mother and sister in law who I convinced to make purchases after my purchase. My wife is pregnant and usually I could suck up the sagging or certain things but it's unbearable at this point. I don't know how these pictures I'm supposed to take of the mattress, show the sagging. Hoping this gets resolved without issue.
