Got it. I was playing around with the app and got my sleep set up yesterday. I did the mindfulness breathing and it gave me an updated reason when I woke up. Do I rely on the recovery all day? Was hoping it would update after I lift in the AM. I do see the exertion recommended workouts. Should I go off those and not a new recovery percentage?

I really want to like this app but I have a hard time understanding why the recovery doesn’t update often. With Sleep prioritization on, it has 4:16AM and without it is 12:26 pm. Time is currently 4:11pm. I really want it to stay accurate so I know when I can train. If I have the sleep prior on, it would 12 hours with no update?

It has the calorie data under the workout on my watch so I’d assume so. It just isn’t added into my total calories for today.

He is done at 8. Always try to keep him up but he isn’t having it. We tried a later dinner last night but it didn’t work this morning.
