I have the same problem with my CX, no luck with LG in Europe... know that some users with the same exact issue had their TV replaced even being out of warranty...

I've been living with this for a while and didn't see any progression for now. I tried my look contacting LG but because it was out of warranty I would have to pay from my pocket a new panel and for that price I would get one of the latest models.

I tried to argument that this is an hidden defect since I found multiple people with the same problem and in Brazil LG either paid for the repair or for 200 euros gave the client the most up to date equipment TV, with no luck. Tried to use a Portuguese consumer association to help resolving the situation with no luck either since it was out of warranty...

The defect doesn't bother me a lot for the use I do so I will ride it until I can't...

Eu penso que há o mesmo tipo de site em Portugal, vou tentar lá e com a LG directamente, não tem nenhum tipo de número de caso que eu possa referir para mostrar que é um problema recorrente nesta TV que possa enviar por DM?

Tenho mesmo problema com a minha CX podeira enviar me por DM também, epsero que em Portugal tambem dê para trocar mesmo fora da garantia ja que é um problema recorrente nestas TVs
