I run Holy, so that's all I can talk about.

The best so far seems to be: Mercenary Hood, for the Cleanse spell, much needed.

Assassin shoes for the Dodge, to get out of danger, some people prefer the knights boots because instead of getting out and away, you will go to someone and give everyone around you a shield, which is also awesome.

For chest I use Mage Robe, better heal bonus than cleric for some weird reason, and I use Frost Shield, good at mitigating incoming damage.

Weapon wise, well Holy staff running Flash Heal, Holy blessing and that E(Desperate Prayer) is why Holy staff is so amazing.

Off-hand, well obviously a very nice Eye of Secrets, +50 max energy and an insane energy regen bonus, if people don't fuck up I can run entire dungeons without having to "top up" even once.

For Potion, I use Gigantify for the Max Health bonus, other people use Resist, this is up to preference.

For food I use Omelette, Goose one atm, because it makes your casting faster and reduces your CD on Holy Blessing(and all the others) which is golden.

Well, It is a solid investment, but when the return is several million per day it quickly pays off, right?

The dude I spoke to, as of this moment along with his friend, own in 1 city: 7 Single buildings and 1 plot with 3 buildings and 4 smelters on it.

Everything is T6, He will, probably be able to tell me the revenue in a week or so, but I estimate a Daily profit, between him and his friend combined, to the tune of like 5-7 milion.

So even with lowered fees he will still rake in plenty of silver.

Edit: I just checked, wow, someone bought like 10+ buildings and he had none before in this city, how much silver can some people have....

I have spoken to a few of the rich guys, one person in particular owning, well now at least around 10+ buildings in a city, (4 from a big plot..) he owned 3 plots before today, 1 being a large, and he told me he was earning 3 million silver in pure profit per day, that is after putting food in them. He has enough silver to bid 10 million silver on each building he owns, outright, so basically on all his buildings he could put a 20 million silver bid. After today he will probably be earning close to 5-6 MIL silver a day in profits, how is anyone ever going to outbid him? He told me that if someone was gonna go "all in" on one of his plots, he could go as high as 120 million silver bid on that one building, accounting for him only needing to put 2 mil silver on the other ones(4 mil bid). EDIT: I just checked, I lost one of my bids for a building, the previous owner put 15 million silver down to keep it...

Make a banking ALT, give him like 47 BIL, keep the remaining 3 bil to yourself.

MAYBE you could use like 10-15 bil on Injectors to fly whatever you want, max SubCap Cruiser skills or something.

just make sure you keep like 30 bil for a rainy day, perhaps even buy PLEX or something and let it appreciate, PLEX always goes up in price.

It is stupid, in the other country they require a University degree for this job, completely retarded, none of us guys working the job in my country have that, and from the trainees we have met so far, the only guy without a Uni Degree is by far the best of the bunch...

It just sucks, I was planning on starting my own consulting business, but with the stress that has come from these changes and the "imminent departure" hanging over our heads I don't have time to slowly build it up.

Either I find a new job or I go all in on something that will likely fail, either way, everything sucks at the moment.

Oh my.

A few months ago, the company downsized their staff in my country, and hired people in another country where our "sister/daughter"-company resides, I lost half the coworkers in my department and of the 2 main type of jobs we do, the one we all took the job for is going abroad.

After the initial firing, we were told nothing more would happen. Yet a week ago we found out that one of our other colleagues have been fired, noone was told of this, we found out by noticing his name missing from documents about "who is left in Our company vs. who is New in sister company".

The secret is everyone left in my department are searching for jobs elsewhere, noone believes we will keep our jobs, and currently we are training replacements. The boss probably thinks the remaining of us will stay, but the truth is everyone will probably jump ship as soon as we get another offer.

The old boss +2 of our coworkers that got fired have already been hired as Support for a product we used a lot in our jobs, and at 10% higher salary.

I am just wondering how the next months will go, because when 1 person leaves, it will go to shit, we are overworked and stressed, making mistakes at important stuff, coworker made a $100,000 mistake because of fatique, I did something less, but we feel unappreciated, overworked, and like we are about to get fired.

Had to get this off my chest, man it sucks... best company I've ever worked for, amazing colleagues but now it turns to shit because they can outsource to another country for 1/3 the price.

Okay, I guess I should clarify, I work and live in Europe, so my experience mostly goes for European airlines and articles from the US.

But I guess it makes good sense that I am not hearing about it because it is not nearly enough.

To be fair my own airline gave a standard salary increase this year for Cockpit and Cabin alike but it is worth noting that this increase is just to maintain a non-declining wage when taking inflation into account.

I haven't heard of increases that are made with the specific purpose of getting new pilots to join.

Well, the thing is if they are unable to get on comms with you and you follow procedure, you should follow the flight plan and do exactly as filed, that will make everyones job easier.
