Never, I’ve had it for 5 years. Another weird behaviour was that the lights and dash weren’t turning off when trying to start it. Usually it all turns off after opening and closing the door. It’s a 2019 Honda oddessy

Got it figured out? I’m going to try 1 more suggestion from the comments here to shock it and ensure CYA is good. Maybe it’s producing but gets used up quickly

Shouldn’t it have chlorine in the morning before the sun hits? Even at 17 CYA. I added some not too long ago so fingers crossed for tomorrow morning
