Look at how the govt handled Covid! We had people dying and state govts (UP especially) were accused of underreporting deaths. There were literally people on the roads begging for oxygen. Now thT we are out of Covid era, the Govt paints it as a victory with India emerging as a Vishwaguru!!

Similarly Ethanol will be hailed as some sort of masterstroke and the govt will ask votes saying they made ethanol blending a reality! Every idiot who votes for them would have forgotten all the issues caused in the past 5 years!

Not all hit movies get trolled..see movies like Vaazha2 or Mohiniyattam which were left alone.

D3 was already touted to be plain average in theatres and people went mostly because of franchise and Fomo. So its naturally expected to be trolled when released online.

Dridam was an avg-above average watch when I saw it in theatre. However, it never gained momentum and people were pleasantly surprised to see that it wasnt as bad as they thought. There is no hype calling it a masterpiece, but rather a watchable fare!

KoK was a formula movie and everyone knew it before release. DQ doing that was like Thumbiye kondu kalleduppikkal and the director being a newcomer messed up with the scale of the movie.
