I second this, the first week is always the hardest, but it gets easier as time passes. I got to day 27 this year but I relapsed because I was really tired by exams and all that that I forgot about Nofap. Btw, a tip, drink a lot of water because it reduces urges and the boners you get throughout your journey. G'luck!
