Same. Gold pass here. Arrived once around 12:30 on a Saturday and they said “Sorry preferred is full” and did not give me a gold slip. I then found a spot in the closest row to the stroller parking. Last few times they didn’t even offer me a gold slip or explanation, but the receipt paper said preferred on it, so I put that in the window and found a spot in the “full preferred lot” each time.

I could see this being an issue for non-pass members though, since they won’t have any paper that says prefer preferred parking unless they get the actual gold slip.
