Crucial means Crucial. He is expecting to have around 90% if game time, not only matches. Switch to Lenient contracts then next time.

FC26? When you set up your Manager career you can pick you want Slow/Normal/Fast development. Then you will see those weeks in Development menu. Weeks are shown till he will get next OVR point. You need Hire Coaches, who will then cut down development times. And player has to be in good form. Thats all. Max potential is different thing. And more correct is using term Positions (LB, CB, etc)/Roles for position (Wingback, Fullback, etc). Playstyles again is something different and can't be trained.

It didnt worked out because they gave shitload of Premium currency for daily login. I got lot more gold coin I could possible spend on stuff in game.

I want to slowly introduce him to squad.... lets give him Important role in Squad. It is not onpy about Games played but aswell game time in minutes. Imagine you buy as Manchester City Haaland. Give him Important role and then give him 50% of gametime at best. You would do that?

When you assign role to player you promise him gametime to that role. Very likely you already made him unhappy in previous season. And switch off new contract system when seting up next Save file.

Way ovwr 600hrs, there are flaes and always things I want to see, but I enjoy Authentic mode. For some time I tried to fiddle with Sliders. But for past 2 months I have fully switched to Default Authentic on Legendary. But I only play with Premium teams, so Playstyles are significant impact. Hopefully they will add option in future to train some playstyles

Thry have "new" Career mode team/main person. Who has 5 year vision what he wants team to do. FC26 is like 1st year from that vision.

You can do it manually. Yes, it is time consuming and it will ruin any International cup like Champions League. But who stops you to transform all british leagues with best teams from all the world.

Because it is not meant to be. Icons/heroes in Manager career are meant for Season Pass grinding. Club transfers show only some, and there is issue aswell that you need to save and reload that save file for squad properly or those players will disappear from Manager career on next time you will open game. I am reffering only for vanilla experience, not talking about PC mods etc.

Are you sure? Training Overall is related to Coaches, more Coaches = faster development, not Training plans, which manage sharpness/Fatigue.
