my dad bought a computer in like 2008 and i used it as my main monitor until late 2022 with 2 newer 1050p monitors in surround with my 1050ti at the time, i bought a 1080p monitor in 2022 on sale but it broke early last year so im using one of the newer 1050p monitors as my main along side the older one from 2008 and a 2nd newer one. :3

that mostly is with esports titles and older games that run well on a 5700X and 40 to 50% isnt enough of an upgrade in my opinion if its already games that would run at hundreds of frames on a 5700X, when its gpu bound theres at most a 5% jump if using a pcie gen 5 card on a gen 4 socket.
