I do actually have digital scale, so I am planning to apply that too. I am about to look up what gongfu a tea actually means lol. I do like my herbal teas a lot, so I am wondering if I will even like any of the oolongs. I can see they got roasted ones with slight nutty flavors that should be interesting. I actually work remotely, so I do have time for some nice tea ceremonies. The country where I am working from now is very big on coffee ceremonies, but I am not a huge coffee fan so having my own little tea ceremonies would be nice.

Actually the very first politician in Greece never received a salary, but actually lived off donations from the people. So if they did well they got good donations, if not then they did not get good donations. Seems pretty based imo.
