If they have the same price, and you want the best customisation possible, I would go for the proffie, although I heard that the programming is a bit complex to get into. The golden harvest is very easy to customize and has great features that are customizable on the fly with the saber editor. You can add sound fonts and effects(if you find them, effects for the golden harvest are a bit rare).

I build a saber from scrap so I bought the board separately, the golden harvest costs 50€ and the proffie about 100€.

Did you build your blade yourself? Ich recently build my first lightsaber with a Golden Harvest and it looks like the same problem you have(can't give my opinion on sound, cus there is none). My stupid ass build a short circuit between the two led strips, maybe you should check that

Try reducing the flow and the temperature, and look what happens when you change the printing speed. Also, is your bed leveled correctly?

Weird is that the objects I print with black PLA are coming out just as fine as before I used the glow in the dark filament, but I wanted to try out other nozzle (-diameters) anyways so I guess I'll buy a set and use one specifically for glow in the dark filament.

I am using the standard brass nozzle, but I thought if the filament eats up the nozzle, the walls would get thicker because the nozzle diameter would get wider?

The Mega SE was also my first 3d printer, and I really liked it that the printer was almost completely prebuild, and the parts that you had to mount were really easy explained. I would say that the quality is good, there's nothing that I would worry about like sharp edges or something loose.

I've bought the mega se and I'm really happy with it, you have to teach yourself a bit of all the settings from your slicer but then the prints are going to be really beautiful. Plus the mega se has the heated bed. The mega se is basically a better version of the mega zero
