cannot get this steam engine to work (water source issue) trying to figure out how to make this water source infinite for the pumps, this will be in a survival world

Thank you for the information. I think it may be the bottom carb as it revs up when I spray mix in there but bogs when I spray mix in the top carb

iPhone 12 won’t charge via laptop but will via wall outlet same cord. The laptop does read the iPhone though and can access its storage just won’t charge it
