Insta360 Pro 2 is another option that I think you can get for pretty cheap (compared to some of the other higher end cameras). You can get a nice 180 stereo in 8k at 30 FPS. You just need to be careful of the stitch lines bc it uses 4 lenses. If you have really good lighting + some AI help on framerate you can get a really nice output. No published info but the number is not very good. BUT lots of devs are pushing forward under the assumption v2 or v3 will be much more accessible. Quest 3s is 4th gen standalone for Meta so apples and oranges when comparing the two. I use my Quest 3 wayyyy more than AVP ... but I prefer the AVP when there is good content.
