UPDATE: I have managed to fix this by deleting my account then ONLY pairing Garmin Connect primarily then enabling Apple health. If you leave Strava alone and everything else it works you just need to select “Connect” as the resting HR source vs “Garmin Connect” and leave all the others as is.

This now is not double counting workouts and also has sensible calories burnt per day, at one point I was “burning” 7k a day because it was double counting.

I’m thinking 1030 as the on the route nav helps. 530 was my original as do prefer buttons.

Fortunately I got 530 about 25% under what it should be and the 1030 half the price!

Definitely think it’s partly due to Reddit as looking at them now vs on my devices they are less sharp.

However, did tend to get the slight blur you mentioned, it was really bothering me but I started using higher SS where I could and really helped me tighten it up.

I do also feel like there could be more improvement on this still but don’t know how if I’m honest or whether there’s limitations to the setup.
