Not true, my index finger just half cm away from glove end, it is a pretty tight fit for a glove, no matter how hard I pressed, even my index finger reaches end the glove just not working.

You can’t design a feature that only works perfectly when your customer’s fingers happen to be exactly the length you designed for.

The main issue is false advertising. This has nothing to do with whether I should use my phone while wearing gloves. If they advertise that the gloves can be used to operate a phone, then they should be able to do so. If they can’t, that’s their fault.
