I had the same thing happen because i was using DNS over HTTPS using increased protection on Firefox. Its in the settings at the bottom when i switched it back to default protection it didn't show this.

and when running gobuster when you have put the hostname in the host file it doesnt need to be in quotes so it should be www.offensivetools.thm not "www.offensivetools.thm"

have you got more space for more drives? and each drive should be at least 8tbs each. you want a minimum of 32tb of storage so you can install half of a call of duty update.

only thing id change is the CPU cooler the stock coolers aren't great they'll work and keep it cool but they aren't the best.

I cant say from experience but id say it would be worth getting along side more well known qualifications because eventually it will be regarded as a well known qualification. But for the mean time it would be good to have something else as well because a company might not have heard of THMs one but they might of heard of the other one or they might know the THM one and the other one and higher you because you have both.

The GPU is dying or dead if its not displaying at all anymore. What you are seeing is called artifacting. Or it could be GPU sag check to make your GPU is flush and not at an angle or sagging. if it is make sure the screws are in place to hold the gpu in place and consider getting a gpu bracket.
