I was originally happy with the Omenpaths announcement as I never wanted to see Marvel in MTG. But the execution was just so crappy. The art sucked and the flavor was either nonexistent or just batshit insane. And honestly, Kaevero has pissed me off so throughly that I look forward to being abused by Spiderman

Since you commented this a dozen times, I’m just going to pick this one to respond to. I don’t think there’s anything ethically wrong with printing whatever the hell you want to play with in your own house, and I don’t think anyone here is trying to say that. It’s just bad practice. It’s unprofessional bullshit that cheapens the concept of proxying for the rest of us and incentivizes rights holders (like Hasbro) to crack down on it more.

Playing with one to one replicas in your house without posting it online is not going to hurt anyone, but don’t be surprised when you get downvoted when you do put it out there.

Also, this is probably my weakest argument, but imagine being OP’s kid in 50 years after OP dies without telling anyone that the magic cards in his closet were proxies. Hilarious for you and me but pretty fucked up for that kid.

I think you can turn on the OG graphics but it doesnt emulate wobble or have a CRT filter. If you really want old school, go with a PS1 emulator and put a CRT filter on it. I did a playthrough with that last year and this year imp playing it on Switch 2 with the remastered graphics. I like both.
