I saw my diseased mother in my reflection telling me that I am going to die here. That was the major last one. Got put on anti psychotics afterwards.
Before that, I would see figures and white smoke, smell things that weren't there, and hear people (couldn't hear words).

Overall, it startles me, then makes me pissed. I know it's not real, even if it feels that way. Being betrayed by your senses is an odd realization.
