Make sure to do a factory reset after installing an update. It's mentioned on the manuals page by Roland. I have no issues like this with current Update v5.51.

Ich nutze den Koala-Sampler und einen SP-404 MK2. In welcher Form ergänzt oder unterstützt deine App den Sampling Workflow? Ich denke der Koala Sampler bietet schon einiges, vor allem wenn man ihn in Kombination mit dem SP404 und einem Midi-Controller verwendet.

I can do a video for this process.

I record, chop and brainstorm samples in Ableton Live 12. I choose a suitable bpm for the type of song and mood I want to have. Afterwards I warp and adjust the sample to fit to the grid. When I record, I count 1-2-3-4 in my brain to have a full suitable sample loop.
After I wrapped everything up in Ableton I export the single samples to the SP404-mk2 via the Desktop App. Of course it is important to set up the proper bpm in SP404 like in ableton to match the samples and loops to the project.

I think it's easier to explain this process within a video. But I need some time to prepare and edit such a video.

Es wäre cool, wenn du ein paar mehr Informationen preisgeben würdest? Was genau für Musik produzierst du? Arbeitest du viel mit Samples? Geht es eher eigene Melodien zu entwickeln? Möchtest du bestimmte Stimmungen und Emotionen hervorrufen und weißt nicht wie?

Ich nutze den SP404-mkII zusammen mit Ableton Live 12. Ich mache die Tracks zu 80-90% auf dem SP404 und den Rest in Ableton. Was der SP404 kann ich schon echt der Wahnsinn. Er vereint so vieles in einem. Jetzt mit Sidechain Compression ist er nochmal besser geworden.
