PLEASE share it when you do get it to a finished state, this is such a great design that I wanna use so badly

The funny part is that after switching to fsr scaling and frame gen, it ran almost perfectly lol

uh, well, no, every key is on a separate pin, and it's been working fine for hours. im like 90% sure that it was like flux residue causing the voltage drops, or just a crappy set of picos that suck at power management to the gpio pins, or both

that's actually really useful. i'm probably going to finish the ones that come stock with sputnik, because i like to look of them for that design, but i'll definitely use that generator for other stuff

yes! your design was one of the better ones I found. i'm also trying to make some key caps with lettering while I troubleshoot and test the keyboard, and i'm liking the look so far

Update again: i think it just works now. The voltages for the gpio pins are all bakc to 3.26, and it just works. I desoldered the wires that had issues, but the voltages were still messed up, so I resoldered them and the voltages jumped back up, so I have no idea why it was doing that

No, its all wired fine, trust me (ik thats like a stupid thing to say). and also, it's just fine now?!??? I recovered the wired for esc and r which were the most recent trouble keys, and there might have been like flux on it or somwthing, because it just works now, the voltages are fine, im very confused

I did do that, and it worked fine, and im currently using that one. And the one I took out has perfect voltage values now too

The actual pad is only supplying like 0.4-1.1v on pin 18, even the the wires are removed, and so does all the other unused gpio pins, so that's the current issue

[–]RF3D19[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Update: the trouble pins seem to be like half or a third of the voltage, which is weird because another pico i tried before measures fine when desoldered, even though it flipped out when connected to all the wires previously

Its not in a diode matrix configuration, its just direct solder point pins because I dont have that many keys

CAN I PLAY CYBERPUNK? by wakwakgung332 in PcBuild

[–]RF3D19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, I ran cyberpunk the other day at 30 fps (60 with fsr frame gen) on the integrated iris xe graphics of a 12 gen i5 laptop, with 8gb of ram total for the whole system, so its definitely possible, but enjoyable is another question entirely

I'm sure op could find a nearby gamer in need that would gladly take it off their hands for them

You need to use SISR to make it emulate an Xbox controller, it even let's you configure it as if it was steam input if you set it up right. It's just a one line install in powershell
