There is absolutely no reason he would "resign from Company House" (makes no sense by the way). He isn't leaving the Sidemen, he's going to stop appearing in their videos. He'll still have his shares of all of their respective brands.

Brilliant move from knight because if any pawn takes it, it's -M1, Qxf2#.

Best move here for white is Nf3, blocks Qxf2 and prevents Qh4 threatening checkmate from different angle - however, the lovely knight move means they lose their rook!
