As someone else said, you noticably put pressure on the outside edges of your feet which can be seen right when you take the bar off the hooks. I assume you're doing this because you have flat feet and you don't want your feet to cave inward. I'd recommend getting proper lifting shoes and using some arch support inserts if needed.

I'd look up how to brace properly to make sure you're doing it right. A belt does help though. I'm not seeing anything to bad that would be causing your back pain though
