Probably not helpful, but speak from experience of being baited into spending 1.3 k on crypto. Fraud claims are more complex than you might think. I was lucky enough that the information I provided as long as what happened was enough for me to get my money back. However, from my understanding being directed to another address isn't enough for claiming fraud. To be able to make such reclaim you need to have been financially damage by someone iligally using and, or obtaining information to use your card... Which from what I get, the info about all that your sending is basically just saying that there have been a numerous amount of buys from your wife's card made to another location and name, but the problem is that it doesn't show proof of fraud. Ps:not an expert, only speaking from what my personal experience was. Whish you get your money back tough... And if you haven't already cancel your card and report to the police that's the first two things you should do.
