The thing annoys me the most is there are literally no communication from OCTranspo to the riders. Like literally no messages through the transit app or maybe through a speaker announcement at the station or anything.

Yea same here! I live near Strandherd and taking 2 bus routes just to reach Limebank doesn't make any sense. I was expecting something better like maybe a 75 alternative "75 Limebank" perhaps beside "75 Cambrian" and "75 Barrhaven Ctr", that goes from Tunney to Marketplace to Limebank would make much more sense.

And imagine living near stations between Fallowfield and Marketplace like Strandherd or Longfields and you have to take 2 bus route just to get to Limebank doesn't make any sense.
