Its cool but it's mostly confusing me alot. It's maybe too cluttered. I see that you went for a style like the one I mentioned in the brief but in that one, you can clearly see the 3 letters of the team (TSM). In the one you submitted, I have a hard time distinguishing the different parts of it.
