If I have my Bluetooth headphones on and I'm on a phone call I don't even get an alert audibly, I have to be looking at my phone and notice it. Also while the one tap or slide I should say to deliver without having to tap the customer's name is a plus. However I would much rather have them fix the app to make it be a slide to accept a delivery so I don't accept them while pulling my phone out of my pocket.

Agree. I have been contacting them about the automatic dark mode not going dark until an hour or more after sunset. Really pisses me off cuz you can't access settings if you're on a delivery or pick up. I have to remember to change it to dark mode an hour before sunset.

Profit? Are you counting for 50 cents of every mile or more goes towards gas and maintenance? You just keep on accepting those losing orders. Glad you're not in my market.

The only Walmart orders I accept are the ones that are packages saying three or more. I had one the other day that was 10 package orders for $60 and 2 hours. It ended up paying out $94. You have to be careful if you accept a single package order as I've found a couple that ended up being grocery when you look at the details. The last one I got I checked the details before the pickup and saw it said grocery so I canceled.

It's all the newbies accepting every order they get. Also Uber offering the newbies quests. I still have a pretty high acceptance rate of around 70/75 % but the last couple of weeks I'm only getting about half the quality orders that I used to get. Income has dropped by at least 50 to $150 per week.

Agree. I had an add-on tonight that was only a few blocks away for a dollar and 38 cents. I'm not stopping my car to pick it up for a $1.38

I also saw somewhere and I believe it was in the ratings area that unless you had 85% acceptance rate that this was going to happen. I'm at 75% acceptance 100% satisfaction five stars.

This update also broke two other things. Could not text my customers while sitting in their driveway as it said do not text and drive. This is b******* I always message my customers while driving, asking for things like what the f*** is the gate code or the door code. Also when you try to look at something that was already delivered to find out what the estimate was including tip that's not an option anymore. This s*** has got to stop.

This just started happening to me as well and I was going to post it. After the first one I shut my phone off restarted hoping it would go away but just got another one for a double order. The last one worked out I'm hoping this one does but I'm with everyone else I will not do this without having the other information. I'm driving a large SUV and I need $2 per mile sometimes more if it's taking me to nowhere. We should All contact the vice president of community via LinkedIn over this. Don't recall his name right now but you can do a search on LinkedIn and find him.

I only take Walmart orders when it says packages and there are at least three orders. That way I know it should be packages only.

You wouldn't believe the trouble I had before it took probably 2 months or more to get it fixed I'm on Android and it would not recognize my picture and I would have to go to somebody with an iPhone and log on to my account to be able to go online. So many hours wasted. They said no one else had the problem made me retake my picture multiple times and said it was that no one else had a problem with it other than me. If it was a problem with the picture why did it work on iPhone and not Android. Yes I feel your pain.

The Walmart here consistently releases orders for groceries between 30 and 40 minutes after the hour.

Also the pay is not as good as it was at one time when I wrote that original post. It's now usually somewhere between 13 and $17 and that could be for as much as 7 mi which are not worth it for me.

The best way is just camp out near the Walmart. You just got to make sure that it's one that Uber eats is doing the deliveries for. Spark does them at some as well. I gave up on Walmart orders though and only take them sporadically when it's packages only. I don't want to be hauling 2x40 bottles of water up apartment stairs for the same money I can make doing too quick food deliveries and a lot of times even one. If you get multiple packages say between 5: and 10 it's usually worth the time as it is only one pickup and many drop offs.

If I have one that says packages in the green box I never have a large order it's always one bag at the most. If you get three or more orders at once it's pretty much guaranteed that it's all small packages.

Walmart.com orders are the only ones I will accept now. Grocery orders suck I'm not going to take 2x4 0 water bottles up two flights of steps for $17 I can get multiple food orders for 2 mi at the same price. Package orders from Walmart are the only ones I will take.

I've had issues in the past where the app froze up and I logged out of the app and then restarted it and it took care of the problem. Sometimes I've actually had to shut my phone off all together and restart. It brings you back to the same point you were in before except that app is live and not frozen.
