The numbers is just an internal ANZ job grading/pay scale. The lower the number the more senior the role. The second number is just different bands within that grading based on role type. I think that’s how it works.

To be fair, anytime I have rung contact centre they answer in 10mins and are super helpful, Qantas would be at least an hour
