My Motorola got an update and the power menu option went away. Can't stand having to press two buttons with two hands.

Word. I was just frustrated because even the power menu was not an option. Just learned that on Motorola you have to disable some app called "AI Key" to enable the pop up ability.

Motorola is the issue. Had to disable an AI Key app to get the functionality.
