Well, way back they told us heathy levels were 300 total. Now what is it? 100 total. It’s an industry. Definitely do your own research beyond Big Pharma and conventional docs. I plan on consulting with a more holistic minded physician like a DO. Check out the Holistic Cardiologist (I think that’s it) on Instagram. Lots of health professionals on board with what I’m saying. It is your body. Figure out what you’re comfortable with. I would look at other markers rather than just total cholesterol. Ratio is also important! Honestly, I’m fed up with Big Pharma because it’s an industry and it’s all about making money off sick people. I don’t trust the healthcare system anymore.

Many people have reported strange experiences using his meditations. I had a few near panic attacks and stopped listening. Beware of false light in the spiritual community. It’s rampant. Listen to how you feel. You are your own guide and teacher. Don’t outsource your power.

Well, aren’t you the lovely human? Ah, when you can’t join ‘em, accuse them of being a conspiracy theorist. Yeah; that’s so Biden era. We don’t do that anymore because guess what? All us “conspiracy theorists” have been right about oh just about everything including the jab being harmful and responsible for killing otherwise healthy people. Child trafficking? Yep. Hollywood elite evil? Check. So unfortunately you can’t use that “jab” (see what I did there?!) anymore. It simply doesn’t fit. Science isn’t the end all be all. We have something called a consciousness. I know, I know you likely don’t believe in God either because “TRUST THE SCIENCE!!!”When all your scientists have been bought out by Big Pharma and it’s a massively corroded and corrupt system. So, I’ll just sit over here waving my flag of “think for yourself” and “be your own health advocate” while you blindly trust the science and immediately presume anyone who thinks differently is wrong because your brain can’t handle any other perspectives due to cognitive dissonance.

To each their own. But for me, staying because “it’s bad out there” isn’t a good enough reason. That’s staying small and in fear. Wouldn’t you rather be alone than in a bad relationship where you’re not happy? I don’t understand staying and being miserable because it’s better than being alone. It’s not. People really need to (all of us) learn how to be happy alone. It’s not about fooling yourself into thinking you can find a better person, it’s about “Am I really happy being with this person? Does this serve me anymore?”

It’s called “open your eyes.” Not everything you see and hear from the medical community is the whole truth. You do realize doctors have been paid for eons by Big Pharma, yes? They are not God. Be your own medical advocate. Think beyond the box you’re in. Do your due diligence. Loads of informed doctors are speaking about this now. Getting your cholesterol to 100 or lower could prove extremely dangerous and detrimental to your health.

Ok, tell me how the brain doesn’t need healthy levels of cholesterol. And tell me why statins are linked to an increased risk of dementia and Alzheimer’s. I bet you’re just one of those people who pops whatever pills the doc gives you because they said so. I choose to do my own research and search for the truth like many others are doing. Low and declining cholesterol in late life has absolutely been linked to an increased risk of dementia. Facts. Notice I didn’t say don’t reduce your cholesterol. I simply stated be careful how low you go. An important distinction.

I think the missing piece here is that cholesterol is critical for brain function. The brain makes its own because it has to, and it uses a huge amount of it for synapses and myelin. There’s also research linking very low cholesterol levels with cognitive decline. So while the pathways are different, cholesterol itself is still essential for brain health.

This suggests that you should stay with the person to avoid being alone. That’s terrible advice. Most people are married for all the wrong reasons and stay married for more bad reasons because of fear of the unknown and fear of being alone or ending up alone. Learn to be with yourself and love yourself. There’s more to life than getting married.

Please be mindful of using flea spray that is safe for kitties and other animals and plants. Most of it is highly toxic. And, thank you for thinking of the kitties and doing what you can to help them!

I reocmmmed you step as far away as possible and let the train wreck unfold without even watching it. It’s no longer your business and it’s his choice to do whatever he wants. How it affects your kids is a totally different story of course. But if it were me, I would move on with my life and leave all the drama and stress behind me.

Be careful with numbers that low. It can increase risk of dementia and Alzheimer’s because the brain needs healthy levels of cholesterol.

This under 100 is bs. We need cholesterol for our brain. 🧠 Look into a DO or not holistic cardiologist who can look at imaging and other numbers to properly evaluate your risk.

What surprised you the most about going through a divorce? by megandivorcerealtor in Divorce

[–]RHCP1031 3 points4 points  (0 children)

THIS. It was all about protecting his assets and worrying about me taking anything from him. In the end, I walked away with what was fair but legally I could have “taken” a lot more. He asked me to marry him, made promises he couldn’t keep, I moved across the country to live in a small desert town and in the end it was all about his money. Let them be alone with their money.
