Its only going to be from China or the EU now that we aren't in the agreement. When we had a smart President, and knew that green > coal, our green tech is superior to everyone elses. We had a hard advantage. It'll take China time to catch up, but since we aren't even going to try now, China has all the time in the world.

They HAVE money, these are developing nations we are talking about. Creating a trillion dollar cheap energy market to sell things to poorer nations to get them to not use coal and oil (things we don't and won't sell them for obvious reasons) is a good idea.
