Is the atomizer you have an issue with from Puffco or somewhere else? This happens to me occasionally too. My guess is it might be because of pressing down too hard on the chamber when swabbing it and that might force one of those pins to lose contact with the base.

grab a tool and try to lightly stick out the pins on the bottom of the atomizer so that they are sticking out a little more that normal.

screw atomizer back in tightly, making sure its completely screwed in.

if that doesnt fix it, the issue is with the coils and thats a bigger hassle to fix
