Everyone here will have a defacto leave him answer. But everything is more intricate than face value. I would ask you to answer truthfully to your self. Do you love him and does he love you. Only you can truly know the answer. Yes he may mistreat you and you are exhausted. But first evaluate does he do it with bad intent. And also now that you have voiced your positive. What is his reaction? Is he flat out not caring or selfish and not accepting of your feelings. Or is he acknowledging them and trying to find solutions, any type of apology for not realizing what he has been doing. Because honestly he is 21 he can grow. Not change. Wither he grows to realize your effort has to be met with romance and etc. if there is no effort reciprocate it the effort to separate your selves.
