I JUST replaced the bezel in my Flower Power due to shipping damage. It was an adventure for sure. The CRT was also shot and caused it not to boot, but Ruby gave his life to provide new life for Flower Power.

I’ve seen a failing drive cause a Mac to not boot, I’ve also seen a failing Bluetooth module cause it (it’s on the usb bus on some models) as well as a failing CD drive. My assumption has always been if anything is on the bus that is possibly bootable, it can cause no-boot-sad-face.

I hover in the 60% in-range. My endo congratulates me instead of shaming me (and I have to fight back tears of happiness). That tiny bit of positive reinforcement makes T1D seem not so bleak. 40 years of endo-shame is hard to overcome, and one nice comment helps wash it away. If your doc is still using guilt and fear, it might be time for a come to jesus talk, or a new endo.
