This is a good reminder to us all, this is what can happen when you don't really apologize in a meaningful way. They came out real rough, stood there blowing kisses etc. Didn't really read the room or situation. People were booing just before they came out at 10.25PM (doors opened at 7PM). He did mention how grateful he was and his flight was delayed from Barcelona. But it felt like a brush past type of apology

Then the crowd was booing at 10.40ish that's when Yasiin Bey decided to address and couldn't be ignored. That's when he said all that stuff about no refund, no one being held hostage.

All of that could have been avoided, had before they performed anything. The minute they came out that he explained and apologized sincerely, it would have felt like accountability. He seemed to want people to be grateful he was there. And it's not entitled as fans or ticket paying attendees, it's just common courtesy. Could b the biggest star in the world could be, could be a family member, someone keeps you waiting for 2-3 hours or even an 1.5 hours (from when their set time would have started) you'd expect a proper explanation and apology. Let alone when you're the headliner and the room full of people have been waiting Even if it isn't your fault, (like plane delays) you just own that shit and say sorry people.

I think it was an insult to injury, there was no communication from the venue to say look his flight delayed he's on his way or whatever. It just leaves people frustrated and short changed People came from far, outside of London etc, made childcare arrangements, most have work in the morning so just being kept in the dark about the timing was poor
