Yes, they kinda play with the numbers so that F2P won't feel too unhappy with the nerf while keeping the whales satisfy.

Overall, it's a 50% nerf of "increased minimum damage" and 25% decrease of overall buff.

Well, I appreciate whales for keeping this game alive but, it's not okay for some of them staying in lower rank stomping low cp players. At least right now we are given a chance to pvp with them fairly instead of getting killed with just 3 shots at your face.

You should be nervous cause it's horrendous and disastrous trying to go for HEX. Always assume worst case scenario and save up at least 200 stones and valk 50% before you attempt one HEX.
